TEMPORARY SHOP CLOSURE
We are closing at 12 Noon on Thursday 23 May 2013 until approximately 6pm on Friday 31 May 2013.
This closure is to enable us to carry out a full stock take and to have our annual audit carried out.
NEW PURCHASES
We are closing all our listings with effect from 12.00 am on Thursday 23 May 2013 . Orders purchased and paid for by 12 noon on Thursday 23 May 2013 will be dispatched before we close.
PLEASE NOTE: that items purchased before the closing of the listings and NOT paid for by 12 noon on Thursday 23 May 2013 will not be dispatched until Monday 3 June 2013.
RETURNS
If you would like to return an item, please send us an email and then repackage your return and post them back to us as per our Returns Policy. Refunds will be issued, providing the returned items have been received, on Saturday 1 June 2013.
MISSING ITEMS/LOST IN POST
If you suspect your item has been lost in the post please send us an email. We will respond upon re-opening. Please be assured that we will resolve any issues.
