About Our Sticks and Bits Food
Spirulina Sticks
These sinking Spirulina Sticks are formulated for fish needing "greens" in their diet but may not come to the surface to feed. They provide the highest quantities of spirulina algae of any of our foods. It's an expensive ingredient, but extremely nutritious and worth the price. These fish sticks sink rapidly, allowing fish that are not aggressive feeders, to get their chance at the fish food before it's gone.
Analysis: Min. Protein - 44%, Min. Fat - 14%, Max. Fiber - 4%

Vegetable Bits
The Vegetable Bits are a great food for your plecos, cats, discus and other bottom feeding fish. Contains vegetables like squash, spinach, carrots, spirulina and seaweed. We find that even fish that aren't considered "plant eaters", love them.

Colour Bits/Garlic/Paprika
Our Color Bits with Garlic and Paprika provide a new means of keeping your fish healthy and looking great. They serve as a multi-purpose food that will enhance color and fight internal parasites with the natural remedy power of garlic—which is extremely effective at promoting fish health. To top it all off, this incredible new food has a mouth-watering smell and its convenient Bit form makes it easy to feed. We're finding this a favorite of our guppies.

Our Wafers
These Spirulina Wafers are designed to last a long time in water, without falling apart. Many fish don't compete well for easily eaten flakes and pellets. This fish food gives them a chance to feed off a food other fish can't quickly eat. It can be used as a day or weekend feeder where you can feed extra without worrying about it spoiling. Our guppies get fed a lot of these. It's a food where the other fish in the tank cannot eat it before fish like plecos get a chance to feed from it. The lower protein level is also ideal for fish that need more plant material in their diet.

Our Seafood Wafer food is the way to go when you have fish that don't compete well for food. They are the best way to give such fish the nutrition that they need—without falling apart and polluting the tank. Our Spirulina Wafers have been very popular for years, but some fish prefer more protein in their diet and less plant material—so they came up with Seafood Wafers. They are everything you love about the Spirulina Wafers, but designed for your "meat-eaters".

Our Fry Starters are super premium, slow-sinking fish foods. They provide outstanding nutrition for juveniles in need of high protein and fat levels. We also feed our Fry Starters to our adult guppies, and catfish. They all love it!

Fry Foods Sizes
Fry Starter #1: A finely ground meal of our very popular and inexpensive Fry Starter formula. This is not a brine shrimp substitute, but the first dry food that should be fed. .40-.50mm
Starter #2 - A small granule that can be fed to most fish over 3 weeks old. (livebearers thrive on it) Our guppies do wonderfully well with this as a major part of their diet. .60 - .84 mm
Starter #3 - A slightly larger granule that is accepted by most medium/large fish over 4-6 months old. Ideal for medium sized discus and larger angelfish, will thrive on this size. .85 - 1.19 mm
Starter 1.5mm - A slightly larger size. This starter is not a crumble, but an extruded pellet. There are no dust particles and it is very consistent in size. Ideal for medium to adult fish.
Our Pellet Mix
This Pellet Mix is a great way to offer variety to your bottom feeders without having to buy a lot of each type. It includes equal amounts of our Spirulina Wafers, Vegetable Bits, Spirulina Sticks, Cichlid Pellets and Fry Starter 1.5mm pellet.
The Meat Eaters Pellet Mix is geared more towards those fish that prefer more protein in their diet.
