- All returns must have a RA# (return authorization number) to be eligible for a refund. Please note that any item returned without an RA number will be refused. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
- Any defective or incorrect items must be reported to us within ten business days after receipt of goods to be eligible for return. Defective items may be returned for a "same item" replacement exchange only. If the same item is not available, we will issue a refund.
- If the returned item was sent in error, we will issue full credit upon receipt and will pay for return shipping of the product. Please note that items must be repackaged and received in new original condition with no damage or evidence of use. Any items returned showing signs of abuse or damaged due to incorrect packaging by the customer will not be accepted.
- If incorrect items were ordered, a refund will be issued less shipping and handling. The customer will incur shipping and handling charges on items shipped free if they are returned.
- All returned items must be sent via UPS, FedEx, U.S.P.S. Priority Mail, or any other delivery service that offers package tracking. No COD's will be accepted. All items must be unused in new condition, in original packaging with all documentation and accessories. Any discrepancies could result in a delay or a partial credit being issued.
- We will charge a 20% restocking fee if a returned item has been opened or missing original materials that were originally shipped. We will also charge a 20% restocking fee if an order has been returned to us unclaimed, or if it has been refused for any reason. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- To receive a RA#, please send contact us via eBay.
- Any item which shows evidence of being used, altered or installed improperly, and/or subjected to improper handling, packaging or shipping by the customer will not be eligible for exchange, refund and/or warranty consideration.
- No returns will be accepted after 10 days of receipt of goods.
