Once your order has been processed and payment received we will contact you to arrange a delivery date (using the contact number provided). The delivery will be made by our own transport to stop any damage happening to the parcel (except Velux Blinds which will be dlivered direct from Velux themselves).
If you wish to change delivery arrangements after the agreed date and time then please phone 01527 543668 and let us know well in advance to avoid any delay.
All goods will have to be signed for on delivery or left in a safe place to be collected later (photographs will be taken of where delivery is left).
Signing & other procedures at time of delivery: As 100% of our delivery will be done by our transport the following must be undertaken - Examine the goods carefully before accepting delivery. If product is damaged or there are items missing then please sign delivery form as damaged or missing and give to the driver to bring back to the office.
NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED UNLESS ITEMS ARE DAMAGED OR MISSING.
