RETURNS POLICY Returns are accepted, but only on faulty goods, some older CDRoms may have difficulty reading CD/DVDs. All faulty goods can be returned at buyers expense, Postage costs are NON-Refundable. In the unlikely event that an item you receive is faulty then you are entitled to return it to me within 7 days. Buyers must contact me first regarding returning an item, and explain what the problem is. Returns must be received in the same condition and packaging as they were prior to dispatch. Buyers must include a note with the returned goods detailing their name, address and eBay user name. If items are received as returns and found to be not faulty, buyers will have to pay for re-delivery. Refunds on faulty goods ONLY, not because” its not what you thought it was”, the listings are very clear as to their content. Please make sure you read and understand the content before buying. Once returns are received and checked by me, then a replacement or refund will be issued as appropriate. My returns policy only applies to new items. There are no returns on used items
