All items are brand new and in mint condition, unless stated. There are no returns/refunds as all items are new, unless otherwise stated. On very rare occasions, where a refund has been approved, buyer will pay all return postage costs, and the refund amount will be for the cost of the item ( no postage refund) less all fees incurred by the seller (Paypal, listing and final value fees etc).
There are absolutely no refunds whatsoever on Underwear/Lingerie items. All items will be sent when payment has been completed in full. Items will not be sent out, if the postage and packing charge has not been paid IN FULL! I will send as many reminders for the balance payment as necessary, but it is up to the buyer to complete payment in full. Please note, that once an item has left my care, I am no longer responsible for it's safe delivery. I do obtain a Certificate of Posting for all items posted.
