Payment Options
  • PayPal:

  • By Phone:
    		•  We only accept Visa and MasterCard over the phone. Please call during business hours.
  • Money Order:
    		•  USPS Money Orders are accepted. However, you must contact us before the end of the auction and the Money Order must be sent within 3 days of the end of the auction with delivery confirmation.
    The item number, and ship-to address MUST be included with the payment.

  • Payment is expected within 3 days of the end of the auction unless other arrangements are made before the end of the auction.
  • Colorado residents must pay 4.4% sales tax.
    • Shipping Policies

    • We do not and will not ship internationally. International bids will be removed and blocked from all auctions.

    • Only our shipping service account will be used. Please note this before bidding.

    • We try our best to ship out your item as fast as possible, however, due to business volume most orders ship within three business days of receiving payment.

    • Any claims of damage during shipping must be immediately reported to FedEx.

    • To save on shipping, items may be picked up at our store but Colorado sales tax will apply.
    General Auction Policies
    • We try to describe all items to the best of our ability.

    • All sales are final unless the item is not as described in the auction upon receipt.

    • Any problems must be reported within 24-hours of delivery, after which all sales are final.

    • Please e-mail questions early, we answer all of them, but do not wait until the last minute!

    • If you receive a "Second Chance Offer" please call us at the store to verify the offer before sending payment and only send payment to our address.
