Please read our policies thoroughly.
Your bid is a binding contract. You adhere to these policies when you buy or
make a bid.
Return Policy:
General Return Policy:
All items to be returned require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please request an RMA number before returning your item. Please state
the reason for the return. We will refuse returned item that has no prior
authorization. It will be shipped back to you at your own cost. All
returns must be in its original condition complete with all
the packaging, manual, warranty forms and accessories. We will email you
back an RMA number to stick outside the box. You are responsible for
paying the freight in returning the item.
Generally, all returns will be replaced or if it was defective, will be
repaired. If we do not have a replacement, then we will issue a merchandise (store) credit, absolutely no refunds.
The merchandise credit is computed as follows: amount
paid less 15% restocking fee, less actual freight, less cost of missing parts
and accessories. You can use your merchandise credit towards your
future purchases in our store as your form of payment.
Reasons for
Returning an Item:
1) If you want to return the item for a reason other than defective, then we could
accept the return provided a) it is returned within 15 days from receipt, b) the original retail packaging is intact in sellable
condition.
2) If your item is received D.O.A. (Defective
on Arrival), then you have to return it back to us within 7 days of
receipt. Once we received the item, we will conduct a test of the unit. If it
is proven to be a manufacturer’s defect, then we will ship a replacement. If we
can not issue a replacement, then we would issue a merchandise credit.
3) If the item becomes defective within
the warranty period, then, you can return it back to us provided the defect is
within the limited warranty clause. Please note that warranty is void if the
item has been misused or abused. Please
read the warranty clause included in the box. If all conditions are met, we can
either replace it or send it for repair. All repairs take about 4 to 8 weeks
before we can send it back to you.
Some of the items we sell require installation by a certified or a professional
installer. Before asking for RMA, make it sure that the item was properly
installed. We are not responsible for damages as a result of installation
error.
4) If you received an item that is
different from what was described in the listing (re: different model number) you
must return it within 15 days from receipt for replacement only.
Warranty:
Limited warranty is provided by Grandslamstereo for a period of 90
days, unless otherwise indicated in the item description. Some brand new
products carry a warranty for a period of one year. There is a warranty sheet
included in the box. If you want an extended warranty, you can purchase it here
in the link provided at the bottom of this page.
Item Condition:
We sell “Brand New” as well as “Factory Refurbished” items. The condition of the
unit we sell is clearly stated in the description page. If we state the item as
“Brand New”, it means that the item has never been used, repaired nor returned. If we state as “factory
sealed”, it means that we received the unit directly from the supplier unopened
and we might, in some cases, open the item for inspection before shipping it to
you.
Factory refurbished means that the item was
reconditioned by the manufacturer, not us; hence we do not know the reason
behind why an item was marked "refurbished". Factory reconditioned units have passed the manufacturer's quality control just like the brand new ones. If you need more info on why an item is
marked as “refurbished”, please search the internet with the keyword “factory refurbished electronics.”
Note for International
Buyers:
If you are buying goods in USA,
you may be subjected to import duties and taxes which are levied by your government customs. You are responsible to pay these
taxes. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should
contact your local customs office for these regulations before buying.
Please be
aware that cross-border deliveries are subjected for inspection by
customs authorities. Generally, we declare the cost of the item based on the
actual value of the goods, so please do not email us to declare the item as a “gift”. If the item that is shipping
back to you was a repaired or replaced item, then we will declare it as a
“repaired item”.
Shipping Policies:
The shipping fee is applicable only to the 48 contiguous USA
States. We can ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and some international
countries at our own discretion. Please email us with your zip code or shipping
location before buying so that we can provide you with a shipping quote.
UPS and USPS delivery take about 2 to 7 business days depending on location. Delivery takes longer if you live outside USA. We use a shipping software that automatically sends your tracking number right after we printed the label.
Back-orders:
We always strive to ship orders the same day or within the next 2
business day once it is paid in full. There are times when we delay shipment
due to unforeseen event, hence we might be out of stock at the
time of your purchase. If this happens, we will send an “out of stock notification” email
with options for you to consider.
Shipping Address:
1.We ship to “confirmed shipping” address. That address is
the one indicated in your "PayPal transaction detail page" marked as
"Confirmed". Normally, your credit card billing address is a
confirmed shipping address because that address is the same as the address on
file with your credit card provider.
2. We can also ship to “unconfirmed
address” on a case to case basis, provided this shipping address is
indicated in your PayPal account.
Please do not send email (or adding a
note in PayPal check-out) requesting for an alternate address. If you wanted
your order to be shipped in your place of work or to other locations, then you
can add this address to your PayPal account.
3. UPS does not deliver addresses to military
box. APO or P.O. Box addresses. If your confirmed address is a one of these
mentioned, please update your shipping address in PayPal to include your street
address. If you cannot provide a street address, we will ship your item to you box address with extra charge.
Signature Requirement:
A signature is required on delivery for orders $300 and above. You or your representative must be
available at the time of delivery.
Payment Options:
Please do not buy if you do not intend to pay. Payment is
required after ordering. We appreciate your business and prompt payment. Please
notify us by email if you cannot pay within 3 days. If your order remains
unpaid after 3 days, we have the option to sell your item.
Non-paying buyers will result to an "unpaid item dispute" and
will be dealt with in accordance to eBay's Non-Paying Bidder Policy. This is an
eBay requirement to recover the fees incurred in this transaction.
We accept PayPal payments only. That
means we do not accept credit cards payments by phone. You can pay using
your credit card via PayPal. PayPal
accepts all major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and
Discover. PayPal also accepts personal checks subject to clearing.
Sales Tax:
A 6% sales tax will be charged to shipments to Pennsylvania
addresses. There is also additional 1% City Tax for a total of 7%.
Product Descriptions and Images:
We are not responsible for typographic errors.
We attempt to be as accurate as possible in posting product
descriptions and specifications. We post descriptions and
specifications provided by the manufacturer. If you need detailed and
accurate specifications, we advise you to visit the manufacturer's websites
before buying. If there is a discrepancy between specifications, the
manufacturer's specification of that particular model shall prevail.
Sometimes we personally take pictures
of the product, hence, some images might look differ on the actual product
shipped. We suggest that you visit the manufacturer’s website for complete
images of the unit and accessories that come with it.
Loss or Damage:
We make it sure that your item is packed carefully and
nicely to withstand handling while in transit. Please inspect your
package before accepting delivery. If your package is damaged or tampered,
please notify us and the carrier immediately. All shipments are insured
but we are not liable for any claims not reimbursed by the carrier due to
non-disclosure on your part.
Feedback:
Please post a positive feedback. Do not leave a negative
feedback without contacting us first. If you have issues with your item, please
email us beforehand so that we can mutually resolve the situation.
A positive feedback will be posted in return automatically.

properly addressed, please use the eBay’s “contact member” menu option. There are some
instances where we cannot check emails during weekends or holidays, but we make
it sure to answer all emails within 48 hours. We kindly ask our customers to
