Payment

At present we only accept payment via PayPal. This ensures the security of your transaction(s). PayPal is the quickest, easiest and most secure way to pay for all your online purchases. E-cheques: PayPal also offers the opportunity to pay by E-Cheque. Please note this method of payment can take up to 14 days to clear. We will not post your item(s) until payment has cleared. For this reason we would suggest you use the normal PayPal method if at all possible.

Stock will only be allocated once payment is received, if you delay your payment we may not have the stock available.

Delivery

It is our aim to ensure all orders are shipped within 24 hours of the payment being received. We do ask though that you allow upto 5 working days for your order to arrive.

We use Parcel Force to deliver all our items in the UK, Ireland and throughout Europe. This ensures all orders are shipped and traceable both by ourselves and our customers. After your order is shipped you will receive an email from us to inform you your order has left. Within 24 hours you should also receive an email from our courier to give you all the tracing information.

PLEASE NOTE: We use a sign for service, please ensure there is someone available to sign for your order. Our courier will not leave your order without a signature.

We ship orders now to the following countries: UK, Republic of Ireland, France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden.

Our postage charges are flat rate and are not per item, but per order no matter how big your order is.

If your country isn't listed in any of the above boxes we do not ship there. Also, we no longer are able to ship any orders to BFPO addresses.
