As a buyer, you have a legal obligation to complete a transaction with a seller:
i) If you purchase an item through one of our fixed price formats; or
ii) If you are the highest bidder at the end of an auction-style listing (meeting the applicable minimum bid or reserve requirements and including any bid that becomes the highest after a valid bid retraction) and your bid is accepted by the seller/eBay system

- In special cases, if it has been agreed by myself for any item return via goodwill gesture,
(and without prejudice,) then re-postage/return costs are to be paid in full by yourself - the buyer/(re)sender.
All items MUST be sent via a registered service, considering Recorded/Registered or Special Delivery with regards
compensatory issues via Royal Mail, etc. for safety, and by eBay and/or Paypal (etc.) terms/regulations.
Please note that a non-negotiable 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the final (refund/reimbursed) amount in process.
Original and return p+p costs are non-refundable.

Please note that I am a PRIVATE SELLER, and not a stocked shop ... I sell unique new, unworn, or gently worn Burlesque-Cabaret-Theatrical/Musical style Costume items from my/our Stage performances, plus other individual items from mine or family/friends own personal/private collections/wardrobes.
I spend a lot of time carefully listing and presenting all items for eBay buyers, and will not (knowingly) sell inferior quality items.
