| Q:Do you combine shipping? |

| A:Most of our items currently enjoy free shipping, we will ship items sent at the same time to the same address in the same package at our discretion. A postage discount will be applied on multiple items where postage is charged. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:Items are normally packed and shipped the next business day after you cleared payment is received. We ship by Royal Mail 1st class recorded or special delivery for more valuable items. The listing will state the actual postage method. |
| Q:How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge? |

| A:Our standard charge is £0.75 plus the face value cost of the postage but this may be varied for some heavier or bulkier items. this charge will only apply when returning unwanted items. |
| Q:Do you ship internationally? |

| A:No we do not ship outside the UK except to BFPO addresses. Please be aware BFPO has a 2Kg limit so some heavier items can't be sent to BFPO addresses. UK destinations are mainland UK, Northern Island, Channel islands ,Isle of Man and the Scottish Islands. (BFPO postal prices are the same as the UK rate) |

| A:We prefer PayPal but you may send a Cheque or Postal Order but please be aware the will not ship your items until your payment has cleared. |
