All sales are final, refunds are (usually) not permissible unless the problem or mistake is clearly on our end. If you have a problem with any of our merchandise, please allow us the opportunity to work it out before leaving us negative feedback. It is never our intention to mislead anyone. Frankly, if we make a mistake we will correct it, no questions asked.
These mistakes we will correct with out question: > Shipped the wrong item. > Item listing has an incorrect description of the item (example: Listing states the item is in much better condition than received or a diffrent size was shipped.)
Goodfellas Wear will accept return of the item only if they are not exactly as described in the listing. Matters of opinion are just that, and not necessarily an automatic reason for return. You must contact us within 3 days of receiving the item to request a return authorization or a refund/exchange will not be granted. Once the goods have been inspected by Good Fellas Wear and found to be in error, a refund/exchange will be provided within 10 days. |
