Mission Statement:
Vector Golf Incorporated, in their roles as Manufacturer, Wholesaler and Retailer (and now e-tailer!), will do for the golf industry what Starbucks did for coffee: teach Americans that they have options, that there are superior products which they can afford and which are available right up the street.
Our History:
The Golf Coast Inc has been in business as a supplier of wholesale golf components for nearly a decade. They have built the wholesale business into a multi-million dollar company, amassing a database of over 2500 commercial customers—club makers, retailers and golf courses, including some of the biggest names in the golf retail business—located all across the continent.
During that time, Master Designer and Vector Golf CEO David Dugally, was working to perfect his own line of clubs. In the 90’s he began to experiment with the different materials used in manufacturing golf clubs and came to the conclusion that he could do better. As a result, an impressive list of firsts is credited to his name. For instance, The Golf Coast Inc was the first to use “Beta-Ti” in the club face (now it is the standard). The result was the Stiletto® Beta-Ti Driver. They licensed the sale of those clubs to Trinity Golf, whose successful infomercial sales program yielded $16,000,000 dollars in sales, and significant royalties to the Golf Coast (view the Stiletto Infomercial at www.thegolfcoast.com/stilettoinfomercial). David continued to build and develop. Now in the third generation, his Vector® drivers, fairway woods and irons are considered by many to be the best, longest hitting, most forgiving clubs available anywhere at any price.
In 2003, Vector Golf was formed and acquired The Golf Coast Inc. They are presently doing business as The Golf Coast Fitting Centers. Most golf retailers operate on low margins offering principally expensive name brand products. Incorporating proprietary technological advances in swing analysis and club design, The Golf Coast Fitting Centers are able re-shaft or retrofit the expensive gear that the customer brings in disappointed with, or custom build clubs using top components that are matched precisely to the customer’s swing. This, for less money than the customer could purchase inferior off-the-rack products in high-profile retail outlets such as Roger Dunn or Edwin Watts. Using the tremendous purchasing power and know-how that comes with running a wholesale business for nearly a decade, we are able to negotiate incredible bargains which we can then pass on to you. The store boasts an unbelievably low return rate of less than 1% and receives an average of three referrals for every custom fit completed.
Now we are moving into the EBay arena, to bring the very best in club design, the very best in components, and some of the best deals on equipment to your door. Our philosophy of a superior product with superior customer service is more than just lip-service to an ideal; it is our guiding principle.
