Please Read Our Terms Of Sale Prior To Bidding/Buying.

This is important and ensures you are happy with our terms. We want your shopping experience to be a happy one and wish to avoid any complications later on.

7 Day No Quibble Money Back Guarantee:-

Any* item purchased from ourselves may be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (postage & packing not included). Goods must be unused and in their original unopened packaging. The buyer is responsible for return postage costs. We suggest you use Recorded Delivery or other traceable means as proof of posting is not proof of delivery. We will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged during return transit (*excludes software).

Refund On Correctly Supplied Goods:-

We do not refund delivery and packaging costs on correctly supplied goods.

Our Non Payment Procedure:-

After 3 days of non payment you will receive an automatic invoice reminder. After 7 days of non payment we must begin a non paying bidder dispute through ebay. After 14 days of non payment the dispute will be ended and you will receive a non paying bidder strike to your account from ebay.

Feedback: -

Our feedback is very important to us. We will always return positive feedback once received. If you for any reason feel you have not had a positive transaction please contact us before leaving feedback as we are always happy to help with any problems and go out of our way to make our customers happy.

Overseas Bidders:

Whilst we are happy to sell to European and International buyers shipping can be very expensive (all items over £10 sent tracked),all payments via Paypal only.Before any item is shipped we will require a contact phone number.

Postage/Shipping:

We try to make sure the postage costs are fair, and cover the expenses necessary to get your product to you. Please only bid on an item if you are happy with the quoted postage. Our preferred delivery method is via Interlink Express Recorded Delivery, as items are signed for and can be tracked if lost or delayed. This protects us, the seller, and the customer. A receipt is obtained for all items sent (UK and International deliveries), and can be provided as proof of postage if an item is lost. Please email for tracking numbers.

Lost Items:

Whilst every effort is made to ensure your item arrive in a timely and un-damaged manner by using reputable carriers, things can go wrong and due to a number of unscrupulous ebay buyers any claim for loss or damage in transit will be subject to our claims procedure and thoroughly investigated.

WE WILL ONLY REFUND ON LOST ITEMS WHEN ALL CHANNELS HAVE BEEN INVESTIGATED.

Faulty Items:

All items listed are thoroughly checked before dispatch (unless factory sealed).We do offer a 7 day money back guarantee if a item is faulty, but CANNOT entertain any claims after 7 days for faulty goods.So please thoroughly check and test to your satisfaction within seven days.
