POSTAGE

All Goods will be posted within 3 days once payment has received, If paying by cheque or postal order once it has been cashed and cleared goods will be dispatched.

I do endeavour 95% to post the next day.   Goods are posted at 3pm and on Friday after 3pm and weekend , items will be posted the latest the following Tuesday.

All goods will be posted by royal mail unless listing specifies different carriage.  Recorded delivery can be selected for an extra 74p, please select option in listing before payment is made or email me to ammend invoice before payment is confirmed.

Proof of postage is recieved on all items and can not control when mail will arrive. If item does not arrive within a satisfactory time limit max 10- 14 days as stated by royal mail from email sent, please contact me and ill will do a claim with royal mail.

I do post to Europe and wordwide please check rates on listing and if not stated please contact for price.

PAYMENT

I prefer all goods to be paid by paypal within 5 days on bidding/purchasing the item. I do accept postal orders and cheques please contact me first.

If payment is not made within 5 days an unpaid strike item will be issued and bidder blocked.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES

Please contact me if you wish to make a multiple purchase and postage will be combined so invoice can be ammended. 

RETURNS

All items are checked before posting however Items may only be returned after notification and must be returned within 14 days of receipt, unworn, unused and in their original packaging if applicable.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ACCEPT RETURNS WITH NO FUSS BUT ALL FEES INCURRED  WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND. WE ALSO DO NOT REFUND POSTAGE COSTS TO SEND THE ITEM BACK TO US. IF YOU NEED TO KNOW MORE INFORMATION ABOUT ANY OF OUR ITEMS THAT IS NOT IN OUR ITEM DESCRIPTION PLEASE DON'T HESITATE TO CONTACT US. PLEASE USE THE RETURNS REQUEST THROUGH EBAY BEFORE RETURNING YOUR ITEM SO WE CAN PROCESS YOUR REFUND MUCH QUICKER.
