Q1.) Are your gemstones natural?
A1: At Snyder
Jewellery, we do not sell any fake, synthetic, or imitation stones.
However, many of our gemstones may be heat treated or may have
undergone other color treatments to enhance or alter color.
Q2.) Where are your items shipped
from?
A2:
All of our items
are currently being shipped from our partners in Sydney, Australia.
Q3.) Where do you currently ship to?
A3: We ship to the following countries: United States,
Australia.
Q4.) How much is shipping to my
country?
A4: Regardless of what country you are in, shipping is always
free for non-sale Fixed Price items. For sale and auctioned items,
shipping is $1.25 for Australia, $2.10 to any other country.
Q5.) Why is my item taking so long to get here
(Outside of Australia)?

Snyder Jewellery makes every effort to
send packages out the following business day (M-F) that payment is
received for an item. However, we have no other control over your
shipment once your package is in the hands of the postal service or
courier we use. Our shipments from Australia to other countries
usually take two weeks, and may take as long as a month to reach a
certain international destination. International postage, regardless
of country, usually takes quite a while more time to reach a
destination. Other factors which may contribute to slow shipping
include but are not limited to: holiday season, delays in payment,
political or economical reasons in either country. If your shipment
takes longer than a month to reach you, please contact us

Q6.) Why is my item taking so long to get here (In
Australia)?

Customers in Australia usually receive
their packages quickly. Factors which may slow shipping include but
are not limited to: holiday season, delay of payment for the item,
order being made before a weekend. Australian postal services state
that items posted in the mail usually are received within 3-12
business days. In the unlikely event that it takes longer than this
time, your item may have been lost in the mail. In this case please
contact us (Jsnyder@SnyderJewellery.com).
Q7.) I don't have paypal or paymate. Any other
payment options?

Yes, we also accept credit card payments. You don't need
a paymate account in order to use your credit card to pay us through
paymate. At the payment(buyer checkout) screen, select "other" then
select to pay with paymate. There will be an option to log in, but
ignore it. Instead, just enter in your credit card details where
prompted, and you will be able to pay us without a paymate account.
Q8.) Are my details safe with you?
A8:
At Snyder Jewellery, we employ eBay's secure checkout
system. Details are unable to be viewed by third party individuals,
or even by us at Snyder Jewellery.
Q9.) How Do I Return An Item?
A9:
To return an item and receive your refund, simply contact
us explaining your intent and ship the item back to us. Once we
receive it, we will immediately credit the source you paid
from.(Please note that we will issue a refund only after the item is
received.)
