Love it or Return it!
If you are not completely, 100% satisfied with a New product bought from GlowGadgets or you simply Change your Mind, then you can return the goods within 7 days for a Full Refund including Standard Postage or Airmail Charges. If you return the goods within 30 days, then you will receive a refund minus the shipping costs once the goods are returned to me within 30 days of the sale (the Law only requires 14 days!) You pay for the return postage of the goods. However, should the goods be faulty, then return postage will be reimbursed when provided with receipt of postage cost. A Postage Label for return can be arranged if required.

Return Conditions:
1/ You Contact Me First, Tell me What is Wrong and I will Try to Put Things Right. No Quibble Remember!
2/ You Must Return Everything that Came with Your Order within 30 Days of Sale (Always Save Packaging for 30 Days Just In Case) it must be in the same condition it was received.
3/ You Enclose the Original Sales Receipt and Reason for Return ( If it’s Faulty and you want a Replacement, please say so. But don’t expect a refund if it was broke because of misuse, battery leaks, accidents etc)
4/ You MUST Return the Goods Properly Packaged and by a Recorded Means (Recorded or Special Delivery - Write Your Name on the Back of Package)
5/ Once goods have been returned to me, please allow 14 days for refund/exchange etc
Please Note; If the Goods are not received by me within 30 days of when you receieved your goods in the condition I originally sent them, requests for refunds or exchanges will not be entertained.

NEVER Send it back without speaking to me first.
NEVER Send it without all the stuff it came with, receipt included.
NEVER Send it without proper packaging.
NEVER Send it without Return address on package & note inside.
NEVER Send it without a form of Signed For Delivery (otherwise, who knows if it arrives?)
NEVER Send it without Proper Packaging. If it’s badly packaged and damaged becasue of it, I will NOT Refund as it will NOT be Accepted and the item will be returned to sender. So think on!
NEVER Send it without paying for the correct delivery, if I'm asked to go to the sorting office to pick up a package & pay extra, guess what, I won't.
NEVER Send something that wasn’t even bought from me (it'll go in the bin)
