Hi Chris, Fenix and Maglite upgrade package arrived today. I have to say I am amazed with both. Maglite has been lying around the bottom of my wardrobe for a long time. Give you an idea of how long, Duracells inside have a use before date of Jan 99, very dim light. Used the old batteries just to check polarity of LED unit. I could not believe how much light was generated by these shagged batteries. Then I opened up the Fenix, nearly blinded myself when I switched that on. It's over 50 feet to the bottom f my back garden, and I make out every branch. Look forward to dealing with you again Paul Gormley

Hello Doc, Goods received early next day thank you. The Fenix torches really do have an impressively powerful clean white beam and make all my other torches look silly. I can't believe that a single AAA has the electrical pressure to make such a bright light possible in the L0D. They do some clever stuff these days. The L2D has a whiter beam than my Nightsearcher Panther (12v 50W xenon). I haven't tested them side by side outside yet but I've got a feeling theres not going to be much difference. A little LED torch shouldn't really be in the same league as a searchlamp. I'm so glad I came across your site. Thanks for the gifts also. The red lens and white diffuser complete the great feeling of owning one of the best torches around. And the safe candle is part of the Christmas decorations in my shop. Hello I got the flashlight last Thursday and it is great. I am using it for a week now and I am very satisfied. Because I am using it at repairing cars and airplanes it is very important that I see in hidden places. That’s very easy with Fenix P3d premium 100. It is very bright. Doc, Hi. I bought a Fenix L0D from you a few weeks ago. One of the guys at work is quite impressed with it and I said I’d order one for him. It seems to have disappeared from your site. Can you help? Very happy with the torches by the way. The L0D is now my EDC, I cut up a mini-maglite belt pouch for it to live in, reckon it wont be carrying a maglite any time soon! The P3D was a bit of a surprise. My Scouts have given up trying to dazzle me with their torches. They lose, badly. I’ve been looking at the ’tactical’ torches over the past couple of years and they’ve always seemed overpriced for pretty poor burn times. The Maglites are good but haven’t kept up with technology, so I’m really impressed with both torches. I’m sort of hoping that Fenix start doing some head torches and I can replace my Petzl. Thanks for the good service, hope to hear from you soon. Ben.



Hi Doc Have recieved the Fenix P3D CE Q5 Cree earlier this week. I can`t believe the size of the torch especially compared to its beam. Makes the night dog walk a whole new experiance, the first time i used it i caught two yellow eyes and turned up the beam to find a Badger and was able to watch it before it disapeared. Feels and looks quality and will be the only torch i need. Although not be the only one i will want as you said.Also, thanks for the diffuser that was a nice suprise, and for the your customer care. Will most definitely recommend you. Thanks Dan

Even though I missed the midday cut-off for next day delivery, it arrived at approx 1330hrs just over 24hrs after I placed the order.
