Then Pack your item properly to protect in transit.
Make sure the package is secure and send using a Signed for Method of delivery, eg: Royal Mail Signed for, Special Delivery or if you are outside the UK, a tracked means of delivery.
ALWAYS put your name, address & order number Inside and Outside the package. |

| A:Never on Auctions. I may do with some Buy it Now, but prefer not to.
You get what you pay for when it comes to delivery costs and I prefer to make sure my customers receive their goods in the fastest time with tracking, well packaged with minimum fuss in perfect condition. |
| Q:When can I expect my order to arrive? |

| A:When you receive the Order Dispatched Notification, it's on the way. Depending where you are will determine its arrival.
Usually UK is 2 to 3 days, Europe 3 to 5 days, Worldwide 8 to 10 days. Give or take. If you have paid for a tracking option, you will be able to see what its on the way and where it is. |
