Upon notice published through the service, we may modify this agreement at any time. Customers are agreeing that any Paypal payment, and products associated with any such transaction will be delivered to the Ebay account owner's verified delivery address unless declared otherwise by the Ebay account owner responsible for the transaction.

All payments must be made within 7 days from the end of the auction. Please read our policy very carefully before you bid, If you can't agree with our policy please don't bid... Non-paying bidder will be left with negative feedback & reported to ebay.

At the time of delivery, If the package is opened OR damaged, please mark in the appropriate box BEFORE signature and receive the package.

SPECIFICALLY, WE DISCLAIM ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION: 1) ANY WARRANTIES CONCERNING THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY OR CONTENT OF INFORMATION, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES; AND 2) ANY WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

CUSTOMER SPECIFICALLY ACKNOWLEDGES THE SERVICE IS NOT LIABLE FOR THE DEFAMATORY, OFFENSIVE OR ILLEGAL CONDUCT OF OTHER CUSTOMERS OR THIRD-PARTIES AND THAT THE RISK OF INJURY FROM THE FOREGOING RESTS ENTIRELY WITH CUSTOMER.

NEITHER THE SERVICE NOR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, AFFILIATES OR CONTENT PROVIDERS SHALL BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USE OF THE SERVICE & PRODUCTS OR INABILITY TO GAIN ACCESS TO OR USE THE SERVICE & PRODUCTS OR OUT OF ANY BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY. CUSTOMER HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THE PROVISIONS OF THIS SECTION SHALL APPLY TO ALL CONTENT ON THE SERVICE.

All trademarks appearing on the Service & Products are trademarks of their respective owners.

Colour:

There may be chances of difference in colour and this depends upon the configration of your moniter and the actual colour of the item may be different from what you can see to the extent of 10%. We can not give you the gurantee for you to see the exact colour of the product due to various factors but We make all efforts to give you the best and closest colour.
