Shipping All items are in stock and are dispatched to you within 24 hours of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day. We ship direct from our West-Midlands warehouse.
UK Delivery - Royal Mail 1st Class & 1st Class Recorded. – normally 1- 2 working days, but not guaranteed.
Europe & Ireland – Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for – normally 2 – 5 working days, but not guaranteed.
USA, Canada & Rest of the World - Royal Mail 1st Class Airmail & International Signed for – normally 3 – 10 working days, but not guaranteed.
We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 14 days from date (30 days international) of dispatch. For items sent recorded delivery this will be 18 days (34 days international). We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections. Many thanks for your understanding.
Shipping Addresses
Without exception we can only ship your purchase to the address you supplied through Paypal at the time you made payment to us. This is a necessary security measure.
We reserve the right not to ship to an unconfirmed PayPal address for high value items. You will be informed of this in good time if it becomes necessary.
At the time of delivery, If the package is opened OR damaged, please mark in the appropriate box BEFORE signature and receive the package.
P & P Cost
Our P & P costs include delivery charges, packaging, and handling charges, not just the cost of postage stamp. To avoid any disappointment please do not bid on our items if you feel at all unhappy about the cost of P&P. Winning an item constitutes your acceptance of the above & all our terms & conditions. 
Returns
Prior to any return please get in contact with us through eBay, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turnaround Monday to Friday.
You are entitled to a refund on any orders returned within 14 days of the purchase date, but the postage cost will be un-refundable. After this period, we can no longer offer you a refund.
Prior notification message and acknowledgement is necessary before returning. Please include a note of your eBay ID & reason for return in the return packege.
Please note that the buyer pays the cost of return postage in any instance, and you are responsible for ensuring we receive the item back prior to a refund or exchange.
