Payment and Shipping
Shipping of eBay-items will be done with Swiss Post Netherlands BV. For exceptional orders other shipping-companies will be used, only on request.
Shipping to countries outside the EU:
Please wait for our email with the combined shipping charge.
Shipping will be done with Priority mail, valuable orders registered or registered -insured.
Normal delivery-time is 7-15 business-days counting from payment day, excluded possible customs-delay (remember, our location is The Netherlands), for registered packages it can take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive.

Shipping in The Netherlands:
- Op verzoek worden items gecombineerd. Wacht aub op onze aangepaste invoice!
- Verzending vind plaats iedere maandag en donderdag voor gecombineerde pakketjes, op verzoek sneller.
- Aankomst-tijd pakketje na betaling meestal binnen een week. (SwissPost heeft 1 werkdag tussen levering en aankomst in Nederland)
- within the EU bankwires are accepted, Iban and Bic codes are in the invoice.
International buyers (outside the EU), please note:
- Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.

We make use of the eBay unpaid item assistant (UPI) 16 days after sale to open a dispute on our behalf, in case payment is not received.
