All our items are In stock. Usually dispatched within 24 hours. If you pay on Friday, it ships on Saturday or Monday. We ship only to the valid address on file with Paypal. For security reasons, we are unable to alter the addres or redirect the package after payment has been made. Most of our orders require a signature upon delivery. After you send payment, we will email confirmations to your registered eBay address. Tracking numbers will also be uploaded to your “My eBay” account.
Damaged In Shipping: In the unlikely event your item was damaged in shipping, please contact us immediately and retain all packaging. A claim will be initiated and you will have a choice to have a replacement or a refund.
How will I know it has been sent?
You will receive an email to confirm when your item has been sent. Please allow 20 working days from dispatch of your order before notifying us of any late deliveries. It may be advisable to check with your neighbours to see if a parcel has been left with them, check any outhouses you might have where it may be left if it cannot fit through your letterbox and contact your local sorting office to see if the item has been returned to the depot as undelivered and awaiting collection. |
