We encourage customers to phone or email if you want advise about any of our products. ALL RETURNS MUST BE NOTIFIED BY EMAIL AND RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF ITEM. Items ordered in customer error will only be refunded if item is returned in NEW condition and original packaging, in this case Postage will not be refunded. It is the customers responsibility to use 1st Class Recorded Mail, same as we do, and to ensure adequate insurance for the return of such items. For hygiene reasons, Earrings, Foot and Hair Decorations cannot be returned once opened. We cannot be responsible for stones falling out of jewellery where there has been damage caused by careless use or accidental damage caused by scuffing, dropping or otherwise. Full postage will only be refunded when proven to be faulty. ALL ITEMS ARE FULLY CHECKED BEFORE THEY LEAVE OUR SHOP.
