Our jewellery will come wrapped as a gift(except sale items), in gift wrap or pouches with ribbon or boxes...We also aim for delivery within 48 hours of payment received. Do make postage discount for more than one item shipped out together...All buyers outside UK, payment MUST be via Paypal.

Damaged and broken items must be returned within 7 days of receipt a refund. All refund are exclude postage. Please return the product with original packaging (including any free gifts) to us via recorded delivery as we cannot offer refunds on items we do not receive.Items not returned in the original packaging will be subject to a 30% reduction in the refund price. All return item's P&P costs are to be paid by the sender. We do not exchange or refund any personalised items. For hygiene reasons we do not accept the return of earrings. No items claim after 7 days. No claims allowed unless we are notified in writing immediately.
