Terms and Conditions

- We operate a strict quality control system and all our items are checked and inspected very carefully by more than 1 person in order to ensure that every item that reaches our customers is in prime condition.

- Descriptions and pictures of all our items are also as correct and concise as can be.

- All items are brand new and are checked for any defects and faults before dispatch.

Returns and Refund Policy

- Item(s) may be returned to us within 7 days of the delivery date.

- Item(s) must be unworn and un-scented with all original tags and labels intact.

- In order to return an item you must request a return via the ebay return request system. This must be done within the 7 day cooling-off period.

- Once we have acknowledged the return request please post the item to our registered business address. Also include a note with the following details: your name and address, ebay user ID, ebay item number & reason for return.

- Refunds are made for the original purchase price only.

- The initial postage charge and cost of returning the item to us is non-refundable.

- When returning an item please post via recorded delivery only so that you receive a tracking number in case the item becomes lost, as this is the responsibility of the buyer.

- We will not refund any returns requested after the 7 day cooling-off period under any circumstances.

- We will not accept any returns that are not authorised. Items will simply be returned to the buyer in this instance.

- Please Note - We CANNOT offer a refund for any special orders (including bulk quantities). These orders come direct from our suppliers and once they have left their premises they will not accept returns. We cannot be held accountable for this so please order with this in mind. If you are still unsure then order a sample before placing a larger custom order.

Exchange Policy

- All exchanges must agreed with us in advance by email/message.

- It remains the buyer’s responsibility to read the descriptions and information provided carefully before buying any item in order to avoid any problems and inconvenience that may lead to an exchange as the buyer will end up bearing all costs that will be involved in sending the items backwards and forwards and any restocking fee.

- We are always happy to help with any questions before the purchase that any buyer may have.

- Please email/message us with any queries with regards to the sizes before bidding or purchasing and we will strive to help you with your queries.

Auction Items

- Refunds are not issued against auction items if you change your mind or decide that the item does not suite you.

- Refunds are not offered if you have bid on the wrong size.

- If you win a size 10 we cannot change the size once the auction has ended. The size you bid on is the size you will receive.

Other Information

- Once you 'commit to buy' an item we require full payment with 7 days or an unpaid item dispute will be filed.

- Payments are preferred via Paypal but we also accept cheques & postal orders (UK only).

- All items are insured to the value of £41 once shipped.

- Feedback shall be left after the buyer has left their feedback first.
