We provide a FREE RETURNS SERVICE for UK customers. If you wish to return an item please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a prepaid label. Overseas customers must pay the return postage costs. Goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt, as new, and in the original undamaged packaging. Returns will not be accepted outside of this period although special concessions may apply at Christmas time. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please ensure that your item is securely wrapped, affix the prepaid label to the outside of the parcel and enclose the Packing Slip you received with your delivery, completed with your reason for return. If you have mislaid this document, please ask us to email you a duplicate. Then simply take your parcel to the Post Office and you will be provided with a receipt and a tracking number. Overseas customers may use any suitable carrier.
We process returns on the same or next working day following receipt and refunds are made via the original method of payment.
If you require an exchange then please return your item by following the same procedure as above. We do not charge postage to send your replacement item to you. When completing the reason for return on the packing slip, please indicate which item you would like to exchange for.
You have 14 days within which to accept that an item is suitable, as described and without defect. If your item develops a fault after this time then please email us at email@example.com and your complaint will be dealt with in accordance with the law under the Sale of Goods Act.
