General Interest
We are sure you will be pleased with your order, however Girlie Things offer a 100% guarantee that if you are dissatisfied with the goods you have purchased, we offer an exchange or refund. Items must be returned to us in their original condition – the labels must be intact, and items unworn and unwashed. Please ensure that briefs/thongs/swimwear etc are tried on over your underwear. We reserve the right to refuse returns of items where it is apparent that this has not been done. Please note that returns on hosiery cannot be accepted if the pack has been opened. Certain items are also excluded from our general Returns Policy for hygiene reasons – this will be indicated with the item information for these items on our website. These conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Returns Period Our returns period is 14 days from when you receive the goods, and the returned item must be received by us within this time. Returns Information If you have requested a full refund, or replacement of a lower value than the returned goods, any refund will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. Please complete the return form and enclose with the returned goods. Please pack in suitable packaging, returning the parcel to: Girlie Things 144 Newton Nottage Rd Porthcawl Bridgend CF36 5EE Please allow 10 working days for your goods to be returned to us. Receive it, try it on and send back immediately to guarantee your refund. We will not refund items that have been kept longer and they will be sent back. We recommend you obtain proof of postage. Please note that if you are a cutover outside the UK you will be refunded for the goods and not the P&P to cover the costs for us sending it out to you. All UK customers will be refunded in full as the P&P is free. You will be refunded immediately on return of product. Return of Faulty Goods If you believe the goods we have supplied to you to be faulty, you should return the item to us together with a note, explaining the problem and original order number. When we receive the item, we will investigate the fault and contact you for the most appropriate resolution must be returned unworn and unwashed with labels in tact 7 days from receipt of goods. Loss of Goods If your item is lost in the post we will have to make a claim to the Royal Mail. This is done 14 days after posting, 30 days for International. Royal Mail will then contact you about the query, after this investigation we will be reimbursed and you will be refunded. We have to do this as some customers who have been refunded immediately have not completed the enquiry and Girlie Things have lost the sale. WE ADVISE ALL OUR CUSTOMERS TO CONTACT US THROUGH THE EBAY RETURNS PROCESS IF YOU WISH TO RETURN THE ITEM SO THAT WE CAN DEAL WITH YOUR CASE AS QUICKLY AND SMOOTHLY AS POSSIBLE. PLEASE DO THIS BEFORE YOU OPEN A DISPUTE THROUGH EBAY SO THAT WE CAN TRY TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM FOR YOU. IF YOU MAKE A CLAIM ANY OTHER WAY YOU WILL FIND IT WILL TAKE MUCH LONGER TO COMPLETE THE REFUND PROCESS.
