| A:Yes, I do combine shipping. You must request an invoice when you have completed your shopping, but BEFORE you pay. |

| A:Your items are mailed USPS from Alabama. I usually mail within 2 business days. Shipping time depends upon your location and selection of priority , first class, parcel post or international air. You will receive an email with the USPS tracking number for your package. |

| A:I charge shipping according to the actual weight and zip code. You can go to the shipping calculator to give you your rate. On some items, there is a flat rate. If so, it will state that in the auction. |

| A:On the 20 pair slouch socks... When you pay through Paypal, type your color preferences in the Note To Seller section or send me a separate email to info@rockbluffinc.com. I try to keep all colors in stock. |

I try to answer all of them but when I get a question that asks for information that is in the listing, I suspect that it is a phishing letter trying to gather information about my account or password. If you send a redundant message, I will report it. So please read the auction first. |
