Our returns policy as stated in all our listings is as follows:

We will happily refund or replace goods only in the unlikely event that they do not meet the specifications as described in the listing.

All returns should be reported within 7 days of receiving the goods. Any damaged goods must be noted on delivery (if visible) and reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the item. Photographs of the damage will be required to uphold the claim.

Returns will only be accepted if they are in all the origional packaging and received by us in the reported condition as received by the customer.

Refunds will only be issued using the same payment method as used by the buyer.
