Delivery terms and conditions:

England

  • Our deliveries are completed by one of two methods: VAN or COURIER.
  • All VAN deliveries to England and Wales can be completed within 15 working days of receiving cleared payment.
  • VAN deliveries will be booked in over the telephone by our despatch team. Please provide us with a telephone number upon payment of your order. Please await their call, they will contact you when your order has been organised within their schedule, within the 15 working day lead-time.
  • Our VAN delivery is completed by ONE delivery driver. Your items will be left with you at a convenient place on your premises by our driver. (I.e. garage/ porch/ hallway.) Our delivery costs DO NOT cover unpacking or installation fees and please be sympathetic to the fact that our driver will arrive alone and should not be expected to haul heavy items upstairs.   
  • Some smaller items will be available for next day (premium charge) OR 3 day service delivery via COURIER (as stated in the listing.) When sending payment please state which date you require delivery. (Note that deliveries cannot be made at the weekends) Please allow one day to process orders. If you do not state which day you wish to receive your item, it will be despatched at the earliest opportunity.
  • If you are not in to accept delivery our COURIER will leave a card and it will be up to you to rearrange delivery.
  • All deliveries completed Monday- Friday, 9AM-5PM. (Unless prior arrangement has been made between the customer and our despatch team. Specific delivery times cannot be requested.)

Scotland, Northern Ireland & Republic of Ireland

  • If you wish to purchase an item to be delivered to any of these areas please contact us before bidding for a delivery quote and lead times. Most items can be sent by courier at an extra cost, however larger items may need to be arranged with a sub contractor, therefore increasing the delivery time.

London Congestion Charge / Wales deliveries

  • All our delivery charges reflect our actual costs to deliver therefore we must ask that any addresses situated in the congestion charge zone pay an extra £8.00 per delivery.
  • Furthermore if you require delivery to Wales we must charge an additional £10 (To cover the Severn bridge toll charge.)

FINALLY IF ARRANGEMENT HAS BEEN MADE FOR DELIVERY AND THE APPOINTMENT IS BROKEN BY THE CUSTOMER, AN ADDITIONAL DELIVERY CHARGE WILL BE REQUIRED TO COVER REDELIVERY.

Transit damage

  • On the rare occasion that an item is damaged in transit, we will be happy to replace the product providing we have it in stock, or submit a refund. To make a returns claim you must submit photographs of the damage to the item. All damaged goods MUST be reported at the earliest opportunity (if damaged by the COURIER within 24hours) and put in writing within 7 days of receiving the goods.
  • DO NOT SIGN FOR DELIVERIES IF IT IS CLEAR FROM THE PACKAGING THAT THE ITEM MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSIT. THIS WILL INVALIDATE YOUR CLAIM.
  • All returns must be fully repackaged in the original materials; we will not accept any returns that have any packaging missing.
