 | A: Our usual turnaround is within 3-5 days. We always endeavour to get it to you quickly. If you have a deadline then let us know and we'll make sure we get it to in plenty of time. |

 | A: I haven't chosen to but if you would really like one of my products please contact me and I can advise you as to postage costs. |

 | Q: How much engraving can I have on this item? |
 |
 | A: As much as can be engraved in the space provided. All engraving is free, we do not charge for extra letters. Some items can be engraved on both sides. |

 | Q: What style of text can I have? |
 |
 | A: We can engrave any style that is available on Microsoft Word. Popular choices are Monotype Corsiva and Black Chancery. Of course you can leave the choice to us if you prefer. |

 | Q: Can you engrave logos? |
 |
 | A: Yes we can, however there is a set up and origination charge for this service. |

 | Q: I want a gift for my bridesmaid what can I have engraved on it? |

 | A: I usually advise the bridesmaids name on the front of the item. Then a message on the back. For example...

 | Q: How can I let you know what I want to have engraved on the item? |

 | A: a)The best way is for you to email me the engraving details to micheline@trophycentre.com
b)if you pay by paypal you can enter the details in the message to the sender box. HOWEVER, this does not show line changes so please indicate next line by a comma. |

 | Q: Why do you send by recorded delivery? |
 |
 | A: By normal post some items have gone astray. Recorded delivery offers a Royal Mail guarantee and covers for the loss of the parcel. |

 | Q: I won't be in when the parcel arrives, what should I do? |
 |
 | A: Royal mails SHOULD leave you a card to say they have tried to deliver. You have seven days to pick the item up, after that the item will be returned to us. If you prefer you cold contact us and ask for the parcel to be sent to your place of work or a place where somene will be in to sign for it. |

 | Q: I need the gift for a special date can you get it to me in time? |
 |
 | A: If your engraving details don't mention the date of the event then it's best to advise us of the required by date in the email you send to us with your engraving details. You could also give us a phone number where we can contact you if we need further information. |
