Purchased this as a present for my brother who lost his wife. I contacted the seller to ask some questions how I sent the photo & what wording I wanted on the cushion . The seller was really helpful even checked with me to make sure everything was right on the cushion before going ahead & printing . Would recommend this seller, even when I ordered this on Boxing Day I had a quick delivery . When I gave my brother the cushion it racked him up that he could give his wife a hug .
