We always use new packaging materials and take every precaution to prevent damage in shipment. However, we cannot accept responsibility for damage or loss in transit unless you have paid the optional insurance charge.
Buyer pays all shipping costs.

We will always combine orders and reduce the shipping costs where we have time and it is practical to do so within the restrictions of the carrier chosen.
Photographs and Description
We make every effort to be as accurate as we can when describing our products, and in choosing the photographs used.
However all manufacturers reserve the right to amend or improve their product without notice.
If any of these amendments are significant, or in any way effect the use of the product we will amend our decription and photograph, as soon as we are aware of the change.
The goods shipped may therefore, under rare circumstances differ in minor details from the photographs shown.
In the event that the minor change is unacceptable to the customer, then provided the goods and packaging are returned to us within 7 days in an undamaged condition, we will refund the purchase price in full, but not the postage.
Customer Service & Return policy
We accept returns by prior arrangement, of faulty goods, or goods not as described, but they must be sent unused and in the original packaging.

We endeavour to display correct pricing and description at all times. However, in the event of an error, Crusader Limited reserves the right to refuse the sale of mis-described or mis-priced products.
For customers within the UK and EEC Crusader Ltd will provide a VAT invoice if required.
No extra charges will be made to cover the VAT due.
Goods are normally shipped within 24 hours of our receiving cleared funds in our bank by the method you have chosen or a faster method if we have chosen to upgrade the method of shipping at our expense.
Once they are shipped they are out of our control, and we cannot accept responsibility for the actual time taken by the carrier. We will however do everything we can to assist in locating a late parcel, however all requests for assitance with non arrival must be made within 45 days of despatch.
There is nothing we can do if we are advised after 45 days.
We strongly recommend that you choose one of the UK Post Office Tracked delivery services, as this will provide you with full traceability of where the parcel is while en-route to you.
Please note that all delivery estimates are based upon the number of working days and exclude Saturday, Sunday and UK Bank Holidays.
The UK post office does not guarantee next day deliveries on a Saturday. If you require a delivery on a Saturday please phone us to establish if this is possible to your address.
Potential Consequential Loss
The vast majority of orders are delivered on time and without difficulty.
Unfortunately, errors can occur, particularly with delivery agents, and we will always do our best to rectify any problems. However, we cannot take any responsibility for the carrier or the consequences of late arrival, non-arrival or any other problems with your order.
We will always try to obtain a proof of shipment and will assist the buyer in any claim on the carrier.
If you cannot accept this, please call us and we will cancel your order and give an immediate refund.
