Returning damaged or incorrect items
Should you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact Crusader within seven working days and we will issue you with a returns number. Write this number clearly on the parcel and return it to Crusader Limited, Oxford House, Easthorpe Street, Ruddington, Nottingham, NG11 6LA, England.
Once we have checked the contents of the returned order and validated your complaint, we will issue you with the correct goods, undamaged goods or if requested a full refund, which will include the original delivery charge and the cost of returning the item to us.
If however we find no fault with the returned product and they are as described in our listing, your refund claim will not be validated and you will be charged for re-delivery, or if you decide you do not want the item, even though it is as you ordered, we will only refund the product charges less a 20% restocking fee, and all delivery charges will remain your cost.
Returning other items
If you are unhappy with your purchase and have changed your mind for any reason, you are entitled to return it to us in its original condition and packaging, provided it is in a as supplied saleable condition.
However, you must contact us - either by email or telephone -
within fourteen working days of the date the item is delivered.
You will be issued with a returns number, which should be clearly written on the parcel before returning it to us at your expense.
Providing the item is received by ourselves in its original condition and packaging within 28 days of the original delivery, we will issue a refund less a 20% restocking fee, and the original delivery charge.
Please note: the following items are excluded from this policy and cannot be accepted as returns.
- All clothing.
- Ear rings and any other jewellery worn in a piercing.
- Video, DVD and audio products where the seal on the item has been broken.
For your protection, we recommend you use the post office tracked delivery service when returning any items. We regret we cannot be held liable for any items you have posted which do not reach our address.
