IMPORTANT NOTE: We will now deliver to the address on your eBay account at the time of order. Please ensure this address reflects your choice of delivery location. We are unable to change delivery address details once you have paid for your order.
All our orders are shipped via our usual Courier Parcelforce or Royal Mail 1st Class. (Tracking information is available if requested).
General Terms:
- All items are despatched within 2 working days* from receipt of cleared payment - with most items shipping the next working day.
- Deliveries take place Monday to Friday 08.00 to 18.00 and must be SIGNED FOR.
- Failed delivery attempts will be carded, and shown on the courier tracking page.
- Failed deliveries returned to us will be refunded within 7 days less any charges for delivery. Any re-deliveries will be chargeable at the full cost of the original shipping or £4.99 if originally shipped free.
You will receive a despatch notification when your order ships.
