Packaging
The cost for postage also includes the cost for packaging. We only use high quality sturdy boxes, in addition if an item is breakable we use sufficient packaging to ensure that your order arrives undamaged.
Posting
If more than one item is purchased we will combine the order and reduce the postage cost. Please wait for us to combine the order before paying. Please note sometimes this is not possible for orders sent outside of the UK, if the order combined is over a certain weight. In these cases we will e-mail you and ask if you are happy to proceed.
If you would like to receive a quote on the postage before committing to buy, please e-mail us with the items you require and the delivery address and we will respond within 24 hours with a total cost.
All items are dispatched within 2 working days and are sent by either Royal Mail first class post for UK delivery (which can take up to two days to arrive) or by Airmail for International delivery (which can take up to 14 days to arrive).
Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch orders on Saturday's, Sunday's or Bank Holiday's.
If you require next day delivery or any other postal service, please contact us on the number below before 2pm to ensure we can dispatch your order on the same day.
If you would like to collect your order from our shop, we will not charge for postage, please call us to arrange a convenient time for collection.
Insurance
Insurance is automatically covered in the postage cost.
