If you are not happy with your unworn purchase for any reason you may return it to us for a full refund within 21 days of receipt. Once we receive your returned item please allow up to 5 working days to process the refund. This does not affect you statutory rights.
How do I return a parcel?
1 - Please complete the returns slip included on your invoice, clearly stating returns quantity, reason code and action required.
2 - Enclose the returns slip in the parcel and pack it securely.
3 - Attach the peel off returns address label to the front of the parcel, covering the old label if you are reusing the original packaging.
4 - UK Returns: Take the parcel to the Post Office and request the Standard Parcel Delivery Service, ensuring you take out the extra compensation option if the goods exceed the value of £32.00. This will ensure you are compensated in full should your parcel go missing. Or alternatively use our Collect+Returns service, information on this service is detailed on your order invoice.
For overseas returns: Return the parcel using a recorded and insured delivery service.
5 - Please note that returns 'Postage and Packaging' is only refunded if the goods are faulty or incorrectly sent.
Terms and conditions
1 - Stock cannot be reserved for replacement or exchange parcels.
2 - Goods that have been worn cannot be replaced unless faulty.
3 - Please state if your order was placed under another person's name.
4 - We would advise that Getthelabel cannot be held responsible for returns parcels lost in transit. It is the sender's responsibility to ensure parcels are adequately insured.
5 - Getthelabel does not offer a free returns service.
6 - We regret that underwear and earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons. Swimwear must be returned with the protective sticker intact.
