UK Mainland (Excluding Scottish Highlands & Certain Postcodes)

FREE Delivery On Orders Over £50
Excludes Canoes, Kayaks, Paddles, Boards and a few other heavy or oversized items (details below). Free delivery is on a 1 to 3 day service.

Delivery For Orders Under £50 Costs Just £3.95
Higher rates may apply for certain heavy or oversized products (details below).

Small Kayaks & Boards Up To 3.5m: £34.95
Large Kayaks & Canoes Over 3.5m: £59.95

Other heavy or oversized items which may be subject to higher rates include Canoe Poles, Seats, Thwarts, Yokes and some Roofrack Parts. These delivery charges will be shown at the Checkout.

Scottish Highlands & Offshore UK Addresses

Please Note; We are currently unable to ship Canoes, Kayaks or Boards to Offshore UK addresses. We can however arrange shipment to any UK Mainland address such as a port or shipping company for onwards carriage, but the customer will be responsible for shipping costs and any loss / damage of the goods from there on. To arrange this, please either Contact Us before placing an order or enter the address of the UK Mainland port / shipping company you would like the goods delivering to in the ‘Shipping Address’ field during Checkout.

Postage for Excluded Items will be added to your cart at the UK Mainland rates and we will then contact you to arrange taking payment of delivery surcharges to your area.

Overseas Orders

We can however arrange shipment to any UK Mainland address such as a port or shipping company for onwards carriage, but the customer will be responsible for all shipping costs and export duties plus any loss / damage of the goods from there on. To arrange this, please either Contact Us before placing an order or enter the address of the UK Mainland port / shipping company you would like the goods delivering to in the ‘Shipping Address’ field during Checkout.

Delivery charges are calculated using the size and weight of the parcel along with the destination. Charges will be shown at the checkout. We reserve the right to contact you in order to obtain delivery surcharges for certain products to some locations or cancel your order should delivery not be viable for us to complete.

EU Customers
All prices shown include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 20%, to calculate the amount without VAT divide the subtotal of the goods by 1.2. VAT is included in supplies to all EU countries for private customer orders and will be itemized on your invoice. For EU customers with a VAT registered business and VAT number we can supply goods net of VAT, please Contact Us for details.

Rest Of The World (Non-EU) Customers
Goods will be supplied to non-EU countries with the VAT deducted, meaning non-EU Customers can make substantial savings on the prices shown as these include Value Added Tax (VAT) at 20%. To calculate the amount without VAT divide the subtotal of the goods by 1.2.

Delivery Of Large Items/Bulk Orders

For larger Canoes, Kayaks and Boards (over 3.5m in length) or bulk orders we will arrange delivery by our own vehicle or in some cases by specialist courier. We charge a nominal fee for this and aim to group deliveries together by region for logistical and cost reasons in order to keep the cost down to you, the customer.

We will contact you shortly after you have placed the order to give you an approximate delivery date for your area. Nearer the time we will contact you again to arrange a date and an estimated time of arrival. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates but you can be assured we will make every effort to get your order to you as soon as is practical.

Can I Use An Alternative Delivery Address?

If you would like us to deliver to an alternative address rather than your registered billing address, simply choose the option to enter an alternative address at the Checkout and complete the address details in the fields provided. Please always double check any addresses you enter for accuracy to ensure there is no delay to your order.

Please Note; The billing address must be the address your payment card is registered to. PO Box addresses may not be accepted.

Can I Track My Delivery?

When we dispatch your order we will send you an email with any tracking details included. Some smaller orders may be sent via an untracked method unless you have chosen Express Delivery at the Checkout.

What Countries Do You Deliver To?

At present, we only deliver to the countries listed below. If your country is not included please Contact Us as we are adding new destinations regularly.

Instructions For Receiving Orders

On arrival please inspect the package for any signs of damage. If none is apparent you can either sign for the goods or insist that you open and inspect the goods before signing the consignment note. If a consignment note is signed and the goods are later found to be damaged we cannot deal with any claim for damage.

Can I Collect My Order?

Collection of orders from our premises in Hyde near Manchester can be arranged during the Checkout process or you can Contact Us to place an order and arrange a collection time. Collecting your order is sometimes very beneficial; as well as saving on delivery charges you avoid relying on couriers and waiting in for your order to arrive.

What Are Your Lead/Delivery Times?

We aim to process and complete your order as soon as possible. Stock items are dispatched within 24 hours of receiving your order, with orders placed on weekdays by 1pm usually being dispatched that same day.

For UK customers, non-stock items are usually dispatched within 7 to 28 days. Lead times for any non-stock or special order items will be obtained from the manufacturer and passed onto you as soon as possible.

Please Note; we are unable to guarantee lead or delivery times. Many factors beyond our control such as postal services, couriers or suppliers may thwart our best efforts and we cannot be held responsible for any delays that are caused beyond our reasonable estimate.

Overseas Lead/Delivery Times
Delivery for non-UK orders can take from 3 to 28 days depending on location.
