HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!
We are sure you have all heard by now of the latest changes eBay is making to its' policies for sellers.
For us here at Georgielocks' Irish Dance Shop it is the last straw. Ebay seller fees are at an all time high and visibility of listings an all time low despite us striving for excellence in our service at all times. You may already have noticed that our price structure for our eBay listings is higher than in the shop or when you see us at feisanna. This is a direct result of those fees. The latest changes include us paying still more in fees as well as enforcing policies that we feel are not in the best interests of our customers or our business.
To this end we will be gradually decreasing our listings with a view to closing the eBay store within the next twelve months. This means that when an item sells out we will not be relisting it even if we are still restocking. You will still be able to purchase from us but please contact us for details.
The alternative is to increase prices AGAIN and to stop selling second hand dresses altogether which we are sure would not be a popular option!
In the meantime, before eBay informed us of the pending daylight robbery we relisted some items that had been out of stock for a while which we think you might like!
