| A:If your product is damaged during shipping, please return product and a replacement product will be shipped once it has arrived. If a refund is granted, only your purchase price and not your shipping and handling charges will be refunded. |

| A:Our products are shipped Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. Payment must be received prior to the shipping days or they will be shipped the following business day. All items are shipped from California. Please allow 3-5 business days for US delivery and 7-10 business days for International delivery. |
