International Buyers :
I would like to point something out to our buyers. We take pride in the fact that we make sure that packages are sent out in a timely manner. We also take extra precautions by shipping some higher priced international packages with Priority mail, not only to protect us, but to ensure that the packages can be insured and tracked in case they were lost or damaged. We're not responsible for the extra charges for customs, duties, etc for the countries that we ship to.
If you have a problem with us, please let us know before you leave us low DSR ratings. We count on our DSR's staying at a high level so we can continue to have sales and give shipping discounts to our customers. Our policies are in print for everyone to read before they purchase. We don't hide anything.

OUR International Shipping Policies:
Shipping prices shown in our auction and store listings are for U.S. buyers only. Please email us for shipping prices before you bid or purchase or wait until you receive an updated invoice from us. ebay-info@genuinecycle.com DON'T pay until you hear from us. There have been many problems with buyers paying first and then can't have their items shipped until they pay the balance.
We are forced to change the way we ship items internationally. We are having problems with shipments in some countries such as France,Italy, Russia and other countries that don't have dependable mailing systems. Some of the packages are either caught up in customs for an extra long time or they are not reaching their destinations at all. Please email me 1st before you want purchase more than 5 items ot once or more than $100.00 in items. We reserve the right to cancel some or all of the purchases if we aren't contacted 1st. It is the only way that we can do business internationally at the moment, or we will stop shipping outside of the U.S.
Also, 1st class may be a cheaper way to have your item sent, but there isn't a tracking number or insurance available. So, please remember that if your package is lost, there ISN'T any way to track it and we won't be responsible for it or be expected to send a replacement at no charge or give a refund. For only $3.00 or $4.00 more, you can have it shipped by priority mail and have a tracking number. If you are worried that your package won't make it to your country, please ask to have it sent by priority mail.
Please allow extra time to receive international packages. Sometimes holidays, weather and customs in your country may delay your order.
Flat Rate Priority Mail prices: the best deal for 3 or more items.
Canada: Small flat rate box~ $11.99 for up to 4 lbs...good for 3 or 4 small hardware kits. Medium flat rate box~$26.99 for up to 20 lbs...good for up to 15 small to medium hardware kits or larger hardware kits. Large Flate Rate Box~ $33.99
International: small flat rate box~ $13.99, Medium flat rate box~ $43.99, and Large Flat rate box~ $55.99
A few dollars for insurance will be added to the shipping total when it is over $20.00.
