If I purchase the wrong IPOD/AMi cable can it be exchanged?

 

Yes, it does happen from time to time that the wrong cable is purchased, as soon as the incorrect cable is returned with the original invoice and completed RMA form, we will exchange the cable for the correct item and return it to UK customers free of charge. International customers will incur a small shipping charge which will need to be paid before replacement item/s is dispatched.

Can I return a New and Unused item? *

 

Yes, however we only accept items for return if the purchase is received by us within 14 days of the ebay and not paypal transaction. Returns outside this period will incur a 10% handling fee.

 

Items returned must be received in a resalable and as new condition.

 

We do not accept either Parts or Accessories that have been fitted.

Our stock is supplied directly from AUDI, all items are dispatced to you as

new and we ask that it is received in the same condition to enable resale.

 

Items received for credit with damaged or defaced packing will be assessed and may not be accepted for return. Any shipping costs for items returned as ‘not required’ will be payable by the purchaser

 

All returns must be pre authorised prior to return.

Need to return Faulty or Damaged goods? *

 

In all instances Faulty or Damaged goods will be REPLACED on receipt of the returned item.

 

Audi Genuine Parts (not Accessories) are covered by Audi's two year UK National Warranty. Should an item become faulty contact us immediately as the item may be replaced and re fitted by your local Audi centre free of charge.

If for any reason you are not happy with an item, please contact us first to see if there is anything that we can do to help. Credit will only be issued once the part/item has been returned and inspected.  We also recommend that it is sent on a signed for or tracked postal service.

 

Any shipping costs for items returned as ‘damaged or faulty’ will be refunded once the item has been accepted back by us. Please enclose a copy of your postal receipt.

 

Can I return a sale item? *

 

Once a special sale item has been purchased, it cannot be returned. Sale items are clearly marked on the listing and are of limited stocks and sizes.

 

If you purchase a sale item and it is damaged, it will be replaced.

 

Can I return an item that is security sealed? *

 

No, some items we supply for example, sat nav units & mapping data disks or SD cards are security sealed for assurance that the item is brand new in the purest form.

 

These are covered by Audi’s standard warranty policy and will be repaired or replaced and do not qualify to be refunded as are not resalable as new.

 

Once the packaging has been opened / product used or fitted / or item registered in your name the manufacturers standard warranty applies.

 

Can I return an electrical item that has been installed?*

 

No, electrical items are inspected and security marked pre dispatch and cannot be returned, faulty items will be repaired or replaced in accordance to the manufacturers standard warranty conditions. Our returns policy is in accordance with the Sales of Goods Act and Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
