How can I pay for my item?
You can pay using Paypal, cheque, postal order or cash. Please be aware that cheques may take up to 5 days to clear, and E cheques can take up to 12 days.
When will my item be sent?
Purchases are posted the same day if payment via paypal or postal order is received before 3pm Mon to Fri or 10am on a Saturday. Please check each individual item for postage methods, however if you would prefer a different postage method (such as 1st class not 2nd) then please let us know.
Can I return my item and receive a refund?
You have 7 days from receipt in which to request this. If the item is faulty you will need to return it to us and we will refund all costs to you upon receipt. If you need to return it for any other reason, you will have to pay the postage to return the item to us and we will refund your purchase cost and initial purchase. The item needs to be returned in the condition you received it, with its original packaging.
Will you post overseas?
In most cases this is no problem. However my listings have been set up so that overseas bidders can not bid. Unfortunately this has been necessary due to the huge number of overseas non paying bidders. However, all you need to do is to contact me through ebay, referring to the item you wish to purchase and I will provide you with the postage cost. I will then be able to take the overseas restriction off the listing, allowing your purchase. Payment can only be via Paypal in these situations.
Can I Collect the Item?
Yes, you can. This is especially good for the larger catering items that we sell. Just email through ebay to let us know and we can arrange it.
