If you are e-mailing about a specific product, go to that product page and click on the "ask a question" - you are most likely to find the answer to your question in our FAQ, but if not, you can ask away there.

If you have already received your item and have a question, you can go through the same way to ask us.

We aim to respond to questions the same day, during office hours and a little longer out of hours, so please bear with us if you send a question on a weekend or in the middle of the night on a weekday or during very busy periods.
