Received faulty goods?
All our products are sold as new and sealed, unless otherwise stated on the listing. However, if you do encounter problems, we urge you to contact us as soon as possible so we can reach a solution.
Received the wrong item?
If you have received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can replace it for you. Data CDs will not normally be refunded due to the nature of the product. If a genuine mistake has been made we can offer a credit note against further purchases. These offers do not affect your statutory rights.
Changed your mind?
Orders may be cancelled and goods returned unopened and in a saleable condition within 7 days for a refund, less postage & administrative costs; customer to bear cost of sending items back.
