Finding Your Helmet Size

Use a cloth tape measure to measure the widest part of your head, usually just over your ears.  Don't wrap the tape too tightly.  Take several measurements, this is a tricky area to measure correctly. Your measurement in inches or centimeters can be converted into a helmet size using this chart.  These sizes are only meant as a general guideline -- every helmet style and manufacturer may have a slightly different interpretation of size.
