Brilliant artwork from Gary who did a wonderful colour pencil portrait of my son. We are all delighted. Communication was splendid and I could not ask for more. On the other hand, fees added for sending the parcel to Spain are a bit too much, not the seller´s fault, obviously. Portrait was 110, worth every penny. Postage was 20, VAT 27, and custom fees 35 which I had to pay when the postman delivered the parcel. In total, 82 pounds for a portrait that costs 110. Brexit turned things crazy.
