Please remember that if you make a purchase through Ebay or make a bid that wins that auction you are entering a contract to purchase that item.

Payment: can be made using a credit/debit card via Paypal,(We do not charge extra for Paypal), or using a credit/debit card via Nochex (UK only).
Cheques (UK only), payable to Gardeners Cottage, have to clear the account before item can be posted.
Non UK Please pay by Paypal Only

Post & Pack:
Items are normally packed for posting within 2 working days of confirmation from the relevant company of payment.
Post and pack prices vary as to which country they are being posted to, the weight and size of the package.
For non-UK buyers please contact me for s&h and insurance costs.
Insurance for packages is an optional extra All our items are very well packaged and breakages in the post are extremely rare. We always obtain a Certificate of Posting at the time of posting.
Larger items including 50m Smartedge, Giant Garden Games, may take up to 10 days to be delivered in times of high demand, and normally shipped direct from the manufacturer. Polytunnels may take up to 28 days and are shipped direct from the manufacturer.

Cancellation, UK/EU: You have the right to cancel within fourteen days (UK), 14 days outside UK, of your contract/payment with Gardeners Cottage, or seven days (UK) of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). At first instance please email me: cancel@gardenerscottage.com . We will refund the amount you have paid to purchase the item and the post and packaging that you paid when paying for the original order.

Cancellation, Non - UK/EU: You have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract/payment with Gardeners Cottage, or ten days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). At first instance please email me: cancel@gardenerscottage.com . We will refund the amount you have paid to purchase the item and the post and packaging that you paid when paying for the original order.

Returns and Refunds: If for any reason you are not happy with our products when you receive them please email me
RETURNS: 14 days (14 days for countries outside UK)
REFUNDS: I will refund the purchase cost of the item and original postage to you.
REPLACEMENTS: I can replace your item if our stock levels allow.

Feedback: On Ebay when a sale is completed I always give 'Feedback' at the time of posting the item. In the rare event that a buyer does not pay then I always send a reminder invoice and at least one further email reminding the buyer. If after that there is still no payment nor reason for non-payment then 'Negative Feedback' will be posted.
