Customer Service
Customer service is a high priority at Garbo Antiques. All items are carefully described and packaged securely. I'm always happy to answer any questions and will search for items if you have particular requirements. In the rare event that you are unhappy with the service from Garbo Antiques, I will do my best to resolve this to our mutual satisfaction.
Postage
All items are sent via Recorded Delivery and I always retain proof of postage. Garbo Antiques cannot take responsibility for items lost by Royal Mail, however I will always assist you in making a claim and will supply proof of postage should you need it. I am happy to combine postage costs for multiple purchases - please email me for a deal. I am happy to post items worldwide, but will only send by international signed for delivery; this ensures the item is covered by insurance and has an online tracking reference. For heavy items (over 2KG), please contact me to discuss postage rates for countries outside the UK.
Feedback
I always leave feedback for a successful transaction, and hope that if you are satisfied you will leave positive feedback for me. If you are not satisfied please contact me to discuss before leaving negative feedback, and I will always try to resolve any problems. /FONT>
Payment Methods
For buyers within the UK, I accept payment by Paypal or cheque/postal order or cash sent by Recorded Delivery.
Please note that if you are outside the UK (e.g. United States, Europe) I can only accept payment via Paypal
Please note that at this time I cannot accept International Money Orders or checks in any currency other than UK pounds sterling.
